Does Mahjoz store medical records?
No. Mahjoz handles the administrative side: appointments, reminders, payments and invoices. Medical records stay in your specialized system.
What does healthcare VAT mean in Mahjoz?
When it's on, every invoice prints the national ID and medical file number under the patient's name if they're in their profile, and with automatic numbering a new patient gets a file number before their invoice is printed.
What data do I collect at booking?
Name and mobile number, plus administrative questions you add to the service. Don't ask for medical information in the booking form.
Does the doctor get the reminder too?
Yes. Notifications go to the patient, the staff member and the manager, and every doctor sees their appointments in the Mahjoz app.
