How do I stop a pitch being booked twice?
Every pitch is set up as a rental asset or as a resource linked to bookings, so once an hour is booked it no longer shows as available to anyone else.
Can I sell sessions in packages and subscriptions?
Yes. A package is a set of prepaid sessions with usage tracked, and a subscription is a membership with a set number of sessions for a period that can be paused or extended.
Do subscriptions renew and charge automatically?
Renewal extends the subscription period and notifies the member, but payment is collected separately. There's no automatic card charge.
How do I set the number of participants in a group session?
You set how many clients each coach can take at the same time, or sell the session as a ticket with limited seats.
